A hot summer in Beijing is over and the Contemporary China Studies Program welcomes its 11th intake of future China Scholars to Renmin University. A total of 36 students – including students from our new double degree program with King’s College London (Double Masters in Asian & European Affairs) – got together for a program overview and orientation today.
The CCSP team is excited to welcome such a diverse group of students to the program: The 2017 intake consists of 26 nationalities from across the globe – an impressive variety of backgrounds and perspectives which will add tremendous value to the learning experience.
The orientation was followed by a friendly get together, allowing students and the program administration to get to know each other – a great start of many new friendships, which will grow closer and closer over the next two years in Beijing!
Once more: A warm welcome to our 2017 intake to Renmin University and to the Contemporary China Studies Program! We are looking forward to two years of solid graduate education, diverse perspectives, great experiences, and ever-lasting friendships!
